Abstract: We discuss finite--dimensional representations of Yangians and quantum affine algebras. Dorey's rule can be viewed as an analog of the famous PRV conjecture proved by Kumar and Mathieu and predicts the multiplicity of the trivial representation in a tensor product of three fundamental representations of the Yangian.
