Well, fixing lab equipment, all electronic things like centrifugals, that sort of thing. Any kind of repairs around the building itself, if you get a leak or some sort of electrical fault. Extending circuits, occasional bits of woodwork, work on the lathe and the other equipment. Things like fire alarm testing, man the boilers, changing lights, general building fabric, brickwork, doors, windows, all that.
