This is a short presentation on how to set up your favourites
00:06
and your Saved Baskets in the marketplace in iProcurement.
00:11
So the first thing we're going to work with is Favourite
00:15
products and you need to find what you're looking for. So I've
00:18
looked for pens and I've done some filters and I choose which
00:22
pen I want to add.
00:24
Then you go into the actual product.
00:32
And you then look for the Add to favourite products.
00:42
And it's as simple as that. You can look at your
00:44
favourite products by going to the box over here.
00:50
And all the things that are in your favourite list are here. And
00:54
if you want to add any of them to your current shopping list,
00:59
you can choose your quantity and Add to basket. It is a good idea
01:03
to compare prices from time to time and not just choose the
01:07
things that you've saved in your favorite products, but this is a
01:11
quick way of doing things. If you use the favourite products,
01:14
you can't share them with your colleagues, so that's where the
01:18
Saved Baskets come in.
01:20
So if I go back to the beginning -
01:32
And I'm going to quickly set up a basket. You would normally
01:35
search for things, but I'm going to use my favourite products to
01:38
actually set up a basket.
01:44
So I'm going to choose...
01:47
Two of these,
01:55
And one of these
02:07
and, perhaps some coffee beans?
02:24
Right, so once you've added all the things that you want to use
02:28
in your basket/your saved basket,
02:31
instead of going to Checkout,
02:33
you're going to say that you want to add this basket to the
02:37
a Saved Basket. You now have a choice. If you've
02:41
already got some Saved Baskets, you can obviously add what
02:44
you've just put in the basket now to one of these ones. But
02:48
assuming that you're doing this for the first time, we're going
02:51
to create a new basket. So I'm going to call it my...
02:56
Weekly supplies for meeting
03:02
You can call it whatever you make sense to you, and then
03:06
you simply Create the basket.
03:14
So I've now got my Saved Basket - Weekly supplies for meetings
03:18
and it's there, and if I want to use it I can update it. I
03:23
can add items to it or what I want to do right now is to
03:29
actually share my Saved Basket. So having made my basket I then
03:33
click on Share saved baskets.
03:42
This allows anybody that's in your Department [with an iProc responsibility] - You can set
03:46
them up and you can choose who you want and actually let them
03:51
choose to use this
03:53
basket. When they need to check out instead of you doing it
03:58
when you're on leave or something like that. Or they
04:01
could add to it or whatever, but just bear in mind they can
04:05
also delete the whole basket if they felt like it. So choose
04:09
somebody to add/to share your basket with...
04:14
It's not the fastest at the moment.
04:24
That's it. You can then obviously, if you want the
04:28
person to be able to add - they might not want [exactly what's there] so want to add
04:32
something - they want may not want to use the exactly the same
04:35
items in your basket, so you allow them to change the
04:39
contents and then you just need to Add your permissions.
04:49
And now when that person goes in, they'll be able
04:54
to use your shared basket. And that's as simple as that.
